Welcome to Pinkyo (pinkyo.cc). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Pinkyo is a social networking platform that allows users to share short-form video content, interact, and create or participate in time-bound competitive hashtag challenges and social mini-games.

2. In-App Currency (Coins)

  • Users can purchase digital credits known as "Coins" at a standard rate of 1 Coin = $1.00.
  • Coins are used solely within the platform to launch premium challenges, sponsor leaderboard contests, or unlock specific interactive features.
  • Coins hold no real-world monetary value outside of pinkyo.cc and cannot be traded or transferred between users except through official platform mechanics.

3. Challenges and Platform Commission

  • Users can sponsor hashtag challenges with a prize pool using their Coins.
  • The platform automatically tracks engagement (likes and views) over a 24-hour period to determine the winner.
  • Pinkyo charges a 20% platform commission/fee on the total prize pool of every completed challenge. The remaining 80% is awarded to the legitimate winner of the challenge as platform rewards.
