Refund & Redemption Policy

Thank you for choosing Pinkyo (pinkyo.cc). Please read our refund and redemption policy regarding digital purchases carefully.

1. No Direct Cash-Back Refunds

All purchases of in-app digital currency ("Coins") made on pinkyo.cc are final. Direct cash-back refunds to your credit card or original payment method are not supported as Coins are instant digital virtual items credited immediately upon purchase.

2. Convert Coins Back to Real Money (Redemption)

While direct refunds are not available, users can convert their virtual Coins back into real money at any time through our official withdrawal system. Here's how:

1. Navigate to your own Profile page.
2. Click the Coin/Dollar (🪙) icon at the bottom-right corner.
3. In the Coins Wallet dialog, tap the "Redeem Cash" (تحويل الكوينز لمال) button.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum 10 Coins, maximum 1000 per transaction).
5. Select your preferred payout method (PayPal, RedotPay, Bank IBAN, or Mobile Cash).
6. Submit your request. Our team will process it and transfer the funds to your account.

3. Challenge Prize Pools

When Coins are committed to a hashtag challenge or social mini-game prize pool, they are permanently locked into that specific event. After the 24-hour challenge concludes, the prize pool (minus our 20% platform commission) is distributed directly to the challenge winner as digital rewards. Winners can then redeem their winnings using the process described above.

4. Contact Us

If you experience any technical issues or billing discrepancies where Coins were paid for but not delivered to your account, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction receipt so we can manually adjust your balance.
